Why Give?

Every Gift Makes a Difference

Philanthropy takes many forms, and we are deeply grateful for the ways our families support GRACE. Our parents have consistently demonstrated remarkable generosity by giving their time, talents, and resources to our community. With heartfelt appreciation, GCS hopes to see 100% of our parents participate and contribute a meaningful gift from their family to the One GRACE Fund.

Michele Bandy, Director of Community Advancement

At GRACE, as we take a moment to reflect on the past 40 years, we feel immense gratitude for God’s unwavering faithfulness to our mission. We are a blessed school that truly knows, values, and loves every student in our community. Our legacy of exemplary Christian education, grounded in academic excellence, is enhanced by our faith-driven extracurricular activities, including athletics, fine arts, and student leadership programs. These initiatives celebrate Christian service, leadership, spiritual growth, and teamwork, which are at the heart of our school culture. It is through the support of our loving community that students can thrive and reach their fullest potential, going out to make an impact in the world for Christ.

What is the GRACE Fund?

Because tuition does not cover the cost of a GRACE Christian School education, we rely on contributions from hundreds of donors each year. Gifts to One GRACE provide crucial funding for the immediate and capital needs of our school that directly support our entire school community. Contributing to The GRACE Fund enriches and ensures an exemplary comprehensive educational experience for our students.

The GRACE Fund is a critical fundraising piece for GRACE as it provides the resources to make improvements to our academic and extracurricular activities, campus facilities, instructional technology, and professional development opportunities that otherwise would have to be delayed or eliminated.

Areas of Impact

While donations are accepted throughout the year, GRACE has four important appeals that help fund our needs:
  • Business Partners (Summer)
  • GRACE Fund Campaign (Fall)
  • End of Year Giving (Winter)
  • GRACE Gala Fundraising Event (Spring)

  • Chris Stack

"The generous donations through the GRACE fund have allowed us to significantly improve our athletic facilities, upgrade fields and gyms, and recondition sports equipment.  These improvements have included things like the sound system at the athletic field, and we have recently been able to purchase a basketball shooting assist machine to be used by all members of the basketball programs. These enhancements provide our students with a safe, top-tier environment for physical growth and development and foster team spirit and school pride across all grade levels."

  • Julia Taylor

"Through the generous contributions to the GRACE Fund, we have been able to provide essential resources that help students deepen their faith, ensuring that biblical principles are woven into every aspect of their instruction. These gifts have also allowed us to equip our faculty with professional development in biblical worldview integration, ensuring that every subject from TK-12 is taught through the lens of Gospel truth. Our commitment to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment remains steadfast, with a priority on equipping teachers with best practices in Christian education. Additionally, the GRACE Fund has enabled us to bring in impactful speakers and provide classroom resources that challenge students in their spiritual walk, reinforcing our calling to guide them toward Christ and the unique plan and purpose He has for each of their lives."

"As part of our commitment to academic excellence, GRACE has provided Orton-Gillingham training for all Lower Campus Reading Teachers, equipping them with specialized, research-based strategies to support literacy development. This structured, multisensory approach is especially effective in helping students with a diverse set of learning styles and needs build strong reading foundations. Your support of the GRACE Fund has made this invaluable professional development possible, ensuring that every child receives the tools they need to thrive as confident, capable readers."

What is the One GRACE Capital Campaign

As we are building a new 150,000-square-foot campus in Apex to increase our missional impact to 1,200 students with an anticipated 2027/2028 school year start, we are in the midst of a capital campaign. You may hear the term “Comprehensive Campaign” during our fundraising efforts. This is a way you can support both the immediate needs of the school today and the new campus to enrich the lives of students in the future. It’s a meaningful pledge to support the school financially for three years in any increment or schedule that works for you.

We have a dedicated site that provides a variety of ways to support the campaign as well as see the vision and watch our progress.
