Summer break may be synonymous with quality time spent with family and friends. It’s a time for students to take a well-deserved break from the academic structure of the school year. Time spent enjoying warm days with friends and having freedom to explore can bring about its own personal and interpersonal growth for our children. However, summer learning loss is real. It’s vitally important for parents have a plan for the summer so that time is used in a way that allows students to maintain knowledge and build areas that need attention.

GRACE Christian aims to give students the highest levels of independence, choices in learning, and preparation for what comes after graduation. We’re not just teaching children how to pass tests to get good grades – we’re focused on building character, developing critical thinking skills, and setting students up for success. One elective that’s changing the way students prepare for “real” life is the GRACE Teamship Elective.
