As a private Christian school, fundraising is important because it enhances the educational experience of our students by strengthening our community and providing financial support. For GRACE, that means giving to the Annual Fund.
We’ve all heard the phrase, “It takes a village,” and we believe this to be true. The GRACE Christian community is made up of students, teachers, administration, faculty, parents, siblings, neighbors, and friends. We are blessed to have such a large village that makes up our Christ-centered community, all of whom are striving to assist the spiritual, physical, and academic well-being of our students as they grow and learn. Giving to the Annual Fund is an invitation to bring everyone together as we focus on the goals of our school while celebrating what the Lord is doing—all while having some fun!
Giving to the Annual Fund
The Annual Fund invites others into our mission of spiritually and academically equipping, challenging and inspiring students to impact the world for Christ. GRACE Christian offers many ways for students, parents, and our community to give their time and talents for the betterment of our school. However, not everyone is able to give their time, but many still desire to be a part of lasting change—fundraisers allow people to tithe through financial means, providing an opportunity for all to be a part of furthering His work through GRACE.
Financially, giving to the Annual Fund allows GRACE to sustain and expand our vision and mission. In line with independent school best practices, GRACE works from a break-even operating budget—meaning to keep our tuition costs as low as possible for our families, we do not build in extra funds to tuition costs that allow us to dramatically grow programs and improve facilities.
This is why the GRACE Annual Fund is so critical to our growth and success as a school. Our Annual Fund enables us to expand and improve our campus community without impacting our operating budget. Additionally, when applying for outside financial support and grants, these constituents request information about giving within the school. High levels of Annual Fund participation on behalf of our families, staff, and board demonstrate a deep commitment to the mission of the school and increase the likelihood of receiving additional funding from external sources.
At GRACE, we are excited to host our annual GRACE Gala and Auction, which are open to all our families and community members.
Join GRACE Christian at the 9th Annual GRACE Gala
The event will be held on Friday, March 31st at 7:00 pm. We will provide a delicious catered dinner, offer items for bidding in our auction, and provide musical entertainment for all with the talented artist, Christian Tamburr.
Additionally, mark your calendars: The GRACE Auction Opens on March 22nd. Our GRACE Auction will be open for bidding starting March 22nd - March 30th.
