As some of you may know, after twelve years of service in GRACE's finance department, including the last five years as CFO, Karen O'Conner will be stepping down at the end of May. We are excited to announce Jennifer (Jen) Stack as our new CFO.
Karen will be working alongside Jen to facilitate the transition through the remainder of the school year. Please take a moment to get to know Jen and her family
Tell us a bit about your professional background.
I'm a CPA with 25 years' experience, primarily in the non-profit sector. I have a growth mindset, love to learn and achieve, and value innovative thinking.
What does your role as CFO entail?
I'm responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of GRACE, as well as the implementation of strategic financial initiatives.
Why are you excited about working at GRACE?
We are so excited to join the wonderful GRACE community so that our family can join like-minded believers with a strong biblical worldview to actionably live out our faith.
How does your faith influence your work?
I love the Lord with all my heart, soul and mind and want to tangibly serve the GRACE community in all that I do.

Our family moved from snowy Buffalo, New York in February 2022 to join the GRACE family. My husband Chris is teaching in the Upper Campus LEAP Program and we have 4 kids attending GRACE – Reed (8th), Brett (7th), Luke (5th) and Macy (4th). I love spending quality time and helping my family to thrive. They certainly keep us busy!
