Amazing GRACE

Annual Fund: And the total is........

Thank you to all our GRACE families who gave to this year's Annual Fund through the Celebrate GRACE Auction or Celebrate GRACE Virtual Gala. Thanks to your generosity, these two events raised $172,804 to benefit the Annual Fund! If you haven't given already, we ask you to prayerfully consider giving to the GRACE Annual Fund to allow us to continue to meet our important mission of equipping students to impact their world for Christ. Even if you can only donate $5, your support matters! Our goal is to have 100% participation in giving to the Annual Fund - as this is a statistic that is requested when applying for external grant funding. If you have any questions about the Annual Fund – including where funds have been used in the past and where we want to use this year’s donations – please view our attached wish list or Annual Fund FAQ page.

Final 2020-2021 Donuts for Dads

Make a point to join the Men of GRACE for our last virtual Donuts for Dads for the school year on Friday, May 7th from 7:30 am – 8:15 am. This will be Greg Robinson's, our longtime Men of GRACE leader, final meeting with the Men of GRACE, as his youngest daughter graduates from GRACE this May. Greg will be serving as Friday's speaker where he will share with everyone the way that God has used the Men of GRACE to work in him and strengthen his walk with God.

Shane Moore has graciously accepted the role to lead the group starting in the fall.

Send any questions or prayer requests to [email protected].

Also: remember to please label the inside of bags, boxes, PE clothes and coats with a Sharpie and we will do the best to get them back to you.

Lower campus: Lost and Found will be available on Wednesday, May 5th, and Thursday, May 6th, outside the front of the school if parents would like to stop by and check for missing items. Anything not claimed will be donated on Friday, May 7th.

Lower Campus Teacher Appreciation Week

To shower our teachers with love, Dr. Morris is encouraging lower campus students to find ways to show their teachers that they are appreciated. Here is the schedule for the week:

- Monday: Students were encouraged to show their appreciation by offering to help their teacher (even doing something as simple as picking up trash or holding the door for them).
- Tuesday: Students were encouraged to write their teacher a thank you note.
- Wednesday: Students will be encouraged to write a poem for their teacher (or help their parents with one).
- Thursday: Students will be encouraged to draw a picture for their teacher.
- Friday: Students will be encouraged to bring their teacher some sort of treat or gift. It doesn't have to be store-bought. It can be something the student makes or flowers they pick from home (with the owner's permission, of course).
